摘要
本文主要对三种杂种 [(A2 ×G1)× (AD) 1]、 [(AD) 1× (A2 ×G1) ]、 [(A2 ×G1)× (AD) 2 ]回交后代的育性进行了研究。结果表明 :育性恢复的三种杂种植株在花粉母细胞 (PMC)减数分裂后 ,形成的四分孢子占到 85 %以上 ;染色测定约 90 %的花粉粒具有生活力 ;人工培养基上发芽两小时后 ,花粉的发芽率为 35 %左右。而不育植株在PMC减数分裂后绝大多数形成多分孢子 ,因而其花粉生活力低 。
Fertility of backcross progenies of trispecific hybirds \[(\%G arboreum×G bickii)×G hirsutum\]、\[G hirsutum×(G arborewn×G bickii\%)\]and \[(\%G arboreum×G bickii) ×G barbadense\%\] was studied. The main results are as folows:(1)Fertile material of trispecific hybirds, after meiosis in pollen mother cell, formed quantities of quartets, with over 85 percent of total spore population;(2)90 percent pollen grains had viability through dyeing test; their germinating percentage was about 35 percent after two hours' cultivating on man-made culture medium.(3)The sterile plants, after meosis of pollen mother cell, formed a large number of multispores, so these pollen grains had weak viability and appeared highly sterile.
