摘要
对芦笋嫩茎采后细胞透性、呼吸强度、还原糖含量及可溶性固形物含量变化、纤维化、木质化等进行一系列探讨。试验表明 ,芦笋嫩茎采收后 ,以 0 .5 cm大孔 PE薄膜袋包装 ,2~ 4℃贮藏保鲜效果最好 ,15~ 2 0 d内商品率可达 90 %左右 ;在 - 1~ 1℃贮藏时间超过 10
Electrolyte leakage,respiratory rate,contents of sugar,soluble solid,fiber and xylogen of asparagus were determined after harvest and during storage period.The results showed that the treatment,packaged in 0 02 mm PE bag with 0 5cm holes and storage at 2-4℃,gave the best result,about 90% commodity rate after 15-20 days' storage.Storage at -1℃ to 1℃ for more than 10 days caused chilling injury.
