摘要
用不同的诱导源如E .coliK12 D31、TritonX 10 0、脂多糖 (LPS)及其混合物诱导柞蚕滞育蛹 ,并以SDS PAGE和A4 50nm处蛋白吸收值作为测定指标 ,研究其血液上清液脂酶蛋白的变化。结果表明 ,在SDS PAGE凝胶上可观察到不同的诱导源诱导的新酯酶蛋白 ,同时也导致酯酶蛋白吸收值的不规则变化。单位体积的氨基酸浓度表明有些氨基酸在酯酶蛋白和抗菌肽蛋白的合成中起着重要的作用。亮氨酸是抗菌肽组成中最重要的组分 ,但是在柞蚕滞育蛹免疫血液中含量并不高。证明诱导产物不仅仅是具有杀菌作用的抗菌肽 。
Effects of different inducements such as lipopolysaccharides, E.coli K 12 D 31 ,Triton X 100,LPS+ E.coli, E.coli +Triton X 100,LPS+Triton X 100 and heat shock on esterase proteins in the hemolymph of diapusing pupae of Chinese oak silkmoth, Antherea pernyi were discussed in this paper.SDS PAGE and absorbent value at A 450nm were used as detecting index .The results showed that different inducements induced new proteins in the hemolymph of diapusing pupae which can be detected on the gel of SDS PAGE.The different inducements also resulted in irregular changes of absorbent value at A 450nm of esterase protein.Lysine is the most important amino acid in antibacterial peptides but its content is not very high in the hemolymph of immunized pupae of A.pernyi .It is revealed that the induced products include not only bactericidal peptides but also other proteins such as esterase proteins.
