摘要
根据农业节水投资与效益分析现状及存在的主要问题分析基础上 ,研究提出了农业节水投资估算的成本法、统计分析法、直接估算法 ,对投资估算方法的应用进行了评价 ,分析介绍了我国农业节水规划目标、农业节水规划措施及规模及节水规划投资估算 ,此外从定性 (从社会和环境效益 )和定量 (经济效益 )
Some methods for analyzing investment and benefit of water saving agriculture, such as cost method, statistics analysis method and direct calculation method, are introduced in this paper. The utilization of these methods in practice also is evaluated. The objectives, measures and investment of water saving agricultural project planning are analyzed. Besides, water saving benefits and its calculation are studied qualitatively (focus on social and environment benefit) and quantitatively (focus on economic benefit).
