摘要
阳极氧化是镁及镁合金有效的表面防护处理方法。阳极氧化工艺参数包括电解质溶液组成、浓度、温度和pH值 ,电流、电压类型、幅值及其控制类型。这些工艺参数及阳极氧化前、后处理直接决定阳极氧化成膜效果和膜层的耐蚀、耐磨及装饰等综合性能 ,影响镁阳极氧化技术的推广应用。本文对包括阳极氧化前。
Anodizing is an effective surface protection way for magnesium and its alloy.Anodizing process parameters contain composition of electrolyte?concentration?temperature?pH, wave mode of current and voltage?amplitude and control mode.Such parameters,pre process and post process directly decide effectiveness of forming film and film performances,such as corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance,decoration and so on,also effect on application scope.The present paper comprehensively survey anodizing technology including pre process?post process,the sequence of process and successful anodizing process of magnesium until now.
