摘要
在未来的“知本主义”时代 ,教师的质量是教育质量的关键。新的时代需要反思型的教师 ,本文论述了什么是反思型教师。
Good attributes of the teachers are the key to education quality in the near future which focuses on knowledge. This paper provides the definition of self examination oriented teacher, and discusses how to cultivate self examination oriented teacher and deal with its related problems.
