加入WTO给中国经济带来的最大冲击和挑战 ,不在商品和资本市场 ,而在劳务市场。原有的就业体系会逐渐打破 ,就业方式、就业范围及劳动力流动速度会发生结构性变化 ;在激活国内劳动力市场的同时 ,为扩大劳务输出提供机遇 ;经济全球化促使发达国家放松劳动壁垒。但劳动力市场需求的知识技术含量有普遍拉上的趋势。必须最大限度地配置教育资源 ,实现科教兴劳 ,保证可供劳动力的质量 。

The greatest shock and challenge that would be caused by the entering of WTO to China's economy is not in commodities and capital market,but in labor market.The original employment system will be broken step by step,and the structure of mode of employment,scope of employment and migrant speed of labor force will chang too. At that time,domestic labor market will be activated and chances of expanding export of labor will be provided as well.The globalization of economy urges developed countries to loosen their labor barriers. But the content of knowledge and technolodge of labor market will go up generally.On account of above-mentioned reasons, we must bring our educate resources into full play to realize reviving of labor with science and education so as to guarantee the quality of labor force available,and to meet the demands of domestic and external labor market.
