摘要 在钻孔灌注桩施工的全过程中,成孔工艺的先进与否,是桩身质量优劣的关键因素,而泥浆冲洗液的质量又是成孔质量优劣及成败的先决条件。然而在自然造浆成孔的过程中,不同的成孔工艺与泥浆冲洗液的质量却有着不可分割的内在联系。对此,本文将从泥浆护壁的基本原理与成孔工艺的内在联系以及对钻孔灌注桩质量的影响,来阐明钻孔灌注桩成孔工艺的发展趋势。 During the construction process of the drilling-pouring pile,the drilling technologyis the key factor for the quality of the pile shaft and the quality of a mud fluid theprerequisite to achieve a successful hole.However,during the process of making a holewith natural mud,there is a relationship between different methods of hole-making tech-nology and the quality of mud fluid.Therefore,this paper,from the relation between the principle of mud protected walland the hole-making technology ahd its influence on the quality of drilling-pouringpile,presents the trend of hole-making technology for drilling-pouring pile.
