摘要
目的在心室晚电位的检测中 ,最大可能地保留晚电位在拍与拍间的变化。方法使用滤波器组 ,根据连续两拍心电信号间的相关特性检出QRS终点。结果仿真心电信号终点检出率在较低噪声时表现相当平稳地在 95%以上 ,只有当噪声增至高于 6μV时才明显的开始滑落 ,直到约 7μV时仍接近 90 %。而在临床心电信号实验中 ,只通过两拍亦取得与临床诊断相符的结果。
Objective To reserve as much as possible of ventricular late potentials(VLP) variance from beat to beat. Method Using filter bank, to detect QRS endpoint according to the correlation of two beats. Result For simulation data, the detecting rate can be stable at >95% for relative low noise level, and become lower until the noise level increases to 6 μV. The detecting rate will still near 90% when the noise is up to 7 μV. For clinical data, using only two beats can achieve the result match with clinical diagnostic. Conclusion Using this method can detect beat to beat variance of VLP.
