摘要
本文采用有限元素法对齿轮轮齿在集中载荷作用下受载齿面和非受截齿面的挠曲变形进行了数值计算,提出了建立数据库形式的轮齿左右两台面挠曲变形影响函数的方法,且这种方法对各类齿轮均适用.采用此方法,对标准齿轮挠曲变形计算的结果与Umezawa的结果显示了较好的一致性.本文的成果将有助于对剃齿和挤齿加工工件齿廓的成形过程作力学分析.
In this paper, the numerical solution for the deflections of loaded and non-loaded tooth faces of working gear due to a concentrated load is obtained by FEM. The method used to establish the response function of deflections of the above faces in the form of database is proposed.And there is a wide application in various gears.The result of deflection for a full-depth gear by this method shows a good agreement with the values obtained from Umezawa, therefore it contributes to the theoretical analysis of the finish shaved or rolled gear tooth profiles.
