本文以××大厦的客房的床位数为变量,采用净观值NPV为函数建立数学模型.借助于计算机,采用步长加速寻优方法进行科学管理.在实际使用中得到良好效果.

Letting the bed number of certain guest mansion be a variable, this paper defines NPV as a function to establish a mathematical model, and by means of computer, we use step-accelerating optimal method to search for a scientific management. A good effect is gained in practice.
