摘要
本文叙述了经颅多普勒超声检查技术及其对36例正常人颅内脑底动脉血流参数的测定结果。血流信号以快速傅里叶转换的实时频谱显示。血流参数包括峰速、平均包络线速度、S/D和PI。通过颈动脉压迫试验、血流方向及取样深度确定被测血管。比较左右两侧脑底动脉平均速度的差异。分析大脑中动脉在不同取样深度血流速度的变化和年龄对血流速度的影响。简单介绍这些血流参数的临床意义。
The use of a transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) technique for noninvasive of evalution cerebral hemodynamies is described. Normal. reference values were recorded in 36 healthy subjects, including peak velocity in systole, mean velocity, S/D, pulsatility index (PI) and murmurs of cerebral vessels. TCD can be used for noninvasive evaluation of vasospasms following subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial AVMs, arterial stenosis, intracranial pressure dynamics and intracranial circulatory arrest.
