摘要
在系统研究口腔厌氧菌对甲硝唑敏感性的基础上,用甲硝唑和天然高分子多聚物明胶经混合、起泡、硬化和冰冻等步骤制成的海绵剂型。实验室研究表明它的性能符合化学治疗控制菌斑的原则,适合于牙周局部途径给药。临床试用表明能从调整局部微环境的菌群失调出发,去除病原微生物,治疗牙周疾病,不影响口腔和胃肠道等部位的正常菌群,并有用量小,用药部位集中、药效长、可吸收、使用方便、安全、有效等优点。
Based on systematic studies on the susceptibility of oral anaerobic bacteria to metronidazole, we prepared absorbent metronidazole sponge from metronidazole and natural high polymer gelatine by a process involving mixing, foaming, hardening and freezing etc. Labaratory research indicated that its features conformed to the criteria of chemotherapy controlling plaque, suitable for local drug delivery. A clinical showed that it did not affect oral and gastrointestinal normal flora, and could result in dramatic clinical improvement of periodontal diseases, through adjustment of local dysbacteriosis and elimination of the pathogenic anaerobes. It has the advantages of small dosage, slow and direct release into the pocket, convenience in usage, safety and effectiveness. It provides a method for reasonable and scientific application of antibiotics against anaerobes infection and bleeding.
