威海市实施结核病归口管理结果分析

The analysis on situation of convergence case-management of TB cases in Weihai

目的 掌握可疑肺结核病人、肺结核病人 (以下简称结核 )转诊、报告情况 ,采取有效措施提高结核病人归口管理水平。方法 对 8年来各综合医院相关科室检查的资料进行统计分析。结果 综合医院转诊、报告率逐年提高。结论 行政干预 ,强化医院内部管理是提高结核病转诊。

Objective To control the suspect TB patients and the condition of transferring TB patients. Take some measures to enhancing the case finding level of TB patients and the effect of convergence case management.Methods To do the statistical analyses of the case data from the general hospitals in 8 years.Results The transferring rate of TB patients in general hospitals has enhance year after year.Conclusion Take some effective administrative measures,enhancing the transferring rate of TB patients is the key of convengence cases.
