摘要
本文对16例胃癌手术切除标本(其中高分化癌4例,中分化癌2例,低分化癌7例,未分化癌3例)进行Ag-NORs计数和细胞核DNA含量的FCM测定,探索这两种指标的相关性以及在胃癌病理诊断中的意义。研究结果发现胃癌细胞的Ag-NORs值随着细胞周期中增殖细胞百分比数的增加而增加,呈显著相关性(r=0.67,P<0.01),但它与胃癌的分化程度及DNA倍体无显著关系(P>0.05)。本文的研究结果提示:Ag-NORs技术同样可反映细胞的增殖状态,可作为一种定量指标。如能把Ag-NORs技术和流式细胞仪技术结合起来,联合应用,可以更精确地反映细胞的增殖情况。至于它们与胃癌预后的关系尚待进一步研究。
16 specimes taken from surgery for malignant lesions were studied for argyrophilic staining of tumour cells and nuclear DNA content by flow cytometry(FCM). The results showed that there was a very good linear correlation (r=0.67, P<0.01) between the mean numbers of Ag-NORs and growth phase fractions (S+G_2+M%). There was no significant correlation between those of Ag-NORs and differentiation or ploidy of gastric carcinoma. It is suggested that Ag-NORs technique may reflect proliferation and serve as a quantitative index. Combined with FCM, Ag-NORs technique can provide more precise information on the proliferation of gastric carcinoma.
