不同波长激光对角膜细胞DNA的定量测定

摘要 以254nm,308nm,632.8nm和2.94μm波长的光和激光分别照射15只兔角膜,经Feulgen方法染色,通过显微分光光度计检测角膜上皮和内皮细胞DNA染色量,以进行比较。实验结果提示紫外光和紫外激光对角膜细胞DNA有明显影响。而可见和中红外波长激光则无。 Fifeen rabbit corneas were irradiated by 254nm, 308nm, 632.8nm and 2.94μm wavelength lasers respectively. Then, the corneal epithelial and endothelial cells stained by Feulgen method for DNA were measured by microspectrophotometer (MSP). The results were compared with each other and showed that both ultraviolet light and laser irradiation had caused apparent changes to the corneal cell DNA, but visual and mid-infrared laser had not.
