摘要 本文用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了纯SnO2 和CuO掺杂的纳米粉末 ,并利用TG -DAT、XRD等测试手段对样品进行分析 .结果表明 ,以无机盐为初始原料 ,用溶胶 -凝胶法可得纳米级SnO2 粉末 ;且CuO掺杂使颗粒度减小 。 This paper introduced how to prepare pure SnO 2 and CuO doped nano-powders by sol-gel method.The samples were analyzed by means of TG-DTA,XED etc.The investigated results indicated that nana-meter SnO 2 powders could be prepared by sol-gel method using inorganic salt as starting materials,and that CuO-doping could make samples' particle size less,which was advantage for its use as gas-sensing sensors.
