摘要
本文报告丹参、青木香、车前草、秋水仙素和地塞米松对体外培养的成纤维细胞合成基质的作用。发现加有丹参、青木香、秋水仙素或地塞米松各组细胞的~3H-羟脯氨酸掺入值、胶原合成率及纤维连结素产量均显著低于对照组;而加有车前草组细胞的胶原合成率和纤维连结素产量均近似或高于对照组。提示丹参和青木香能直接有效地抑制成纤维细胞合成基质。
The ~3H-hydroxyproline, P-Ⅲ-P and fibronectins produced by fibroblasts in 10% FCS BME with Salvia miltiorrhiza, Aristolochia, colchicine or dexamethasone were determined. The contents of ~3H-hydroxyproline incorporating into the fibroblasts cultured with different drug were 1/3-1/2 of that in the culture without drug(P<0.05). The collagen synthesis rates of cultures with drugs were 3.6-9.5%, while that of the control culture was 13.7%. The fibronectines produced by fibrobiasts cultured with Salvia miltiorrhiza, Aristolochia or colchicine were half in amount as that produced by the control (P<0.005). The amounts of P-Ⅲ-P in the cultures with Salvia miltiorrhiza or colchicine were decreased to one third of the control (P<0.01). This study indicates that Salvia miltiorrhiza and Aristolochia can considerably inhibit both fibroblasts and their synthesizing activity of matrix.
