摘要
面对我国高水平运动员在选拔培养方面存在的问题 ,本文用文件综述法从管理体制、选拔和培养等方面 ,提出几点建议 ,希望从根本上解决运动员的培养问题 ,推动我国竞技体育不断向前发展 .
This article puts forward a proposal from the aspects of management system,screening and training in order to solve the problem of screening and training high-level athlete.We hope to solve the problem completely and promote the athletics to develop forward unceasingly.
