摘要 研究了AgNO3 和低温处理对小麦悬浮细胞谷胱甘肽转移酶 (GST)及谷胱甘肽还原酶 (GR)酶活性的影响 .结果表明 ,AgNO3 和低温处理对小麦细胞再生的影响因处理时间的不同而有差异 ,在处理的4d内低温处理使再生率明显增加 ,AgNO3 处理 2d使细胞再生率显著增高 ,但处理 4d则对细胞再生无明显影响 .低温处理使细胞蛋白质含量明显升高 ,AgNO3 处理对小麦细胞蛋白质含量无明显影响 .小麦细胞GST活性随处理时间的延长而迅速降低 ,AgNO3 处理对GST活性无明显影响 ,但低温处理明显延缓GST活性降低 .AgNO3 和低温处理都使小麦细胞GR酶活性明显降低 .AgNO3 处理 2d和低温处理对细胞谷胱甘肽 (GSH )含量无明显影响 ,但在处理的第 4dAgNO3 使细胞GSH含量明显降低 . Effects of AgNO 3 and chilling on cell regeneration and activity of glutathione S-transferase(GST) and glutathione reductase (GR) in suspension cells of wheat were investigated. The data showed that influence of both AgNO 3 and chilling in cell regeneration changed with the length of treating time, cell regeneration was obviously improved by AgNO 3 in 2 days and chilling in 4 days. The content of protein was increased by chlling, but not influenced by AgNO 3. The activity of GST decreased with the treating time, these procedure was retarded by chilling but not by AgNO 3. Both chilling and AgNO 3 reduced the activity of GR. The content of GSH was not influenced with AgNO 3 for 2 days and with chilling, but reduced significantly by AgNO 3 for 4 days.
