摘要
报道了日本沼虾卵巢发育特征及其卵巢发育过程中蛋白质的变化 .日本沼虾在发育过程中 ,卵母细胞体积逐渐增大 ,其干物质含量随卵巢发育成熟而增加 ;凝胶电泳发现卵巢在不同的发育时期 。
The morphological characteristics and protein variations of developing ovary in the prawn, Macrobrachium nipponense were studied in this paper. Results showed:The volume of oocyte grew up, the ratio of dry and fresh weight of ovary slages increased during ovary development. Different kinds of proteins were observed during different ovary development slages.
