GLUT4mRNA在非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病大鼠心肌组织中的表达

EXPERIMENT STUDY OF THE GLUT4 mRNA EXPRESSION IN THE CARDIAC MUSCLE OF NIDDM RATS

目的 :研究非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)大鼠心肌组织葡萄糖转运体 4(glucose transporter4,GL UT4) m RNA表达变化。方法 :制备 NIDDM大鼠模型 ,用 Northern blotting方法测定心肌组织中 GL UT4m RNA表达量。结果 :NIDDM大鼠心肌组织 GL UT4m RNA表达显著低下 ,仅为对照组的 5 4% (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :NIDDM大鼠心肌 GL UT4m RNA表达量低下 ,该反应与 NIDDM大鼠体内胰岛素分泌总体水平低下有关。

Objective:To observe the glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) mRNA expression in the cardiac tissue in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) rats.Methods : The rat models of NIDDM were made. The GLUT4 mRNA expression in the cardiac muscle was observed with Northern blotting method.Results:The GLUT4 mRNA expression in the cardiac muscle was decreased to 54% in NIDDM rats of that in normal rats (P<0.01). Conclusion:The present study showed that in NIDDM rats the GLUT4 mRNA expression in the cardiac muscle is lower and this response is considered to be related to the lowing of insulin secretion in NIDDM rats.
