小鼠生后发育过程中子宫NGF基因表达的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :观察小鼠生后发育过程中子宫组织神经生长因子 (NGF)基因表达的变化 ,探讨 NGF在子宫发育及正常功能维持过程中的生物学作用。方法 :采用 RT- PCR法 ,半定量分析生后 1天、7天、15天、30天、6 0天及 90天小鼠子宫组织中 NGF m RNA的表达变化。结果 :RT- PCR结果显示 ,小鼠出生仅 1天 ,其子宫组织即可表达 NGFm RNA;随着出生时间的增加 ,子宫组织 NGF m RNA的表达量增加 ,出生 30天时达高峰 ;小鼠成年后子宫 NGF m R-NA的表达仍维持在一定水平。结论 :子宫组织可以表达 NGF m RNA,其表达量随鼠龄的变化而有所改变。 Objective:To demonstrate the change of NGF gene expression in mouse uterus during postnatal development and explore the biological action of NGF in the development and physiological function.Methods:By RT-PCR, the different expressions of NGF mRNA in the uterus were hemiquantitatively analyzed after born on 1st day, 7th day, 15th day, 30th day, 60th day and 90th day. Results:The results showed that NGF mRNA was expressed in every stage of mouse uterus from 1st day to 90th day and it reached the peak at 30th day.Conclusion:NGF mRNA was expressed in the uterus. The expression level changed with the development of the uterus.
