Expression of Chemokine IL-8 in Colorectal Carcinoma

目的 研究结直肠癌组织趋化因子 IL - 8的表达与结直肠癌生物学行为的关系。 方法 采用 RT-PCR方法检测临床收集的新鲜结直肠癌组织标本中趋化因子 IL - 8m RNA的表达 ;采用免疫组织化学方法检测结直肠癌组织中趋化因子 IL - 8蛋白的表达。 结果 12例结直肠癌组织经 RT- PCR检测均可出现趋化因子 IL - 8m RNA的表达。 4 0例结直肠癌组织 IL - 8蛋白表达的阳性率为 87.5 % ;结直肠癌组织 IL - 8蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的转移及 Dukes分期有关 ,表达强者 ,转移发生率高 ,Dukes分期晚。 结论 结直肠癌组织中趋化因子 IL -

Objective\ To study the relationship between the expression of chemokine interleukin 8(IL\|8) and the biological behaviours of colorectal carcinoma.\ Methods\ The expression of IL\|8 mRNA was assessed in colorectal carcinoma collected freshly from surgical specimen by RT\|PCR, and the expression of IL\|8 protein was assessed in colorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemistry.\ Results\ All the 12 colorectal carcinoma expressed IL\|8 mRNA detected by RT\|PCR; IL\|8 protein was detected in 87 5%(35/40) of the tumor.\ The expression of IL\|8 protein in colorectal carcinoma was correlated with its state of metastasis and Dukes staging.\ Conclusion\ The expression of chemokine IL\|8 in colorectal carcinoma may influence its biological behaviour.
