探讨基因芯片在中药现代化研究中的应用

Disscusion of Applying GeneChip in Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research

由于多数中药的有效成分不明确 ,作用机制难以用现代生物医学理论解释 ,因而限制了中药的发展。基因芯片作为高通量筛选技术 ,则有可能将中药和基因有效地结合起来 ,并用于中药的研究和开发工作。本文论述基因芯片技术在中药研究中的应用 ,包括药物的筛选、作用机制及质量控制。

The development of Chinese medicine has been limited for the reason of uncertainty about the valid compositions in most of Chinese herbs and difficulty in explaining the acting mechanism of Chinese medicine using the theory of modern biomedicine. As a high-throughtput drug-screening technique, GeneChip may lead to the combination of Chinese medicine and gene efficiently. In this paper, the application of this technique to the research and exploitation of Chinese medicine, including the development, acting mechanisms and quality controls of drugs, was disscussed.
