摘要
手性药物的毛细管电泳拆分技术发展迅速 ,综述毛细管电泳法拆分手性药物的机理、方法及应用 ,并重点介绍近年来各类手性选择剂的开发现状。
The recent progress in chiral drug separation by capillary electrophoresis was reviewed, including the theory, methods and applications of chiral separation. Especially, the development of chiral selectors in recent years was introduced.
