摘要
目的 :通过对头孢哌酮、舒巴坦在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中稳定性的考察 ,探讨褶合光谱的动力学分析功能。方法 :用褶合光谱的定性鉴别分析功能对采集的吸光度信息进行自我训练 ,建立标准样本 ,用标准样本对 3h内每隔 0 .5 h测得的样本进行同一性检验 ,结果用三维褶合光谱的差谱点的百分率表示。结果 :头孢哌酮、舒巴坦在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中比较稳定。结论
OBJECTIVE: To investigated kinetics analysis of the convolution spectrum by measuring the stabilities of cefoperazone and sulbactam in phosphate buffer solution. METHODS: The standard sample was setup by self training the absorption value with identification function of the convolution spectrum. The identical check of the sample for every half an hour within 3 hours was carried out. The result was expressed with the ratio of the three dimensional differential diagram of convolution spectra. RESULTS: cefoperazone and sulbactam were stable in buffer solution. CONCLUTION: The convolution spectrometry provides a new means for the research of the stability of drugs.
