Determination of metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets by UV

目的 :建立盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片的质量标准。方法 :采用 UV法测定盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片在酸及缓冲液中的释放度及含量。结果 :在选定的波长处 ,辅料及肠溶衣对测定无干扰 ,释放度平均回收率 99.0 % ,含量平均回收率 99.9%。结论 :测定方法简便 ,结果可靠 。

OBJECTIVE: Estabilish a method for the quality control of metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets. METHOD: The rate of release and content of metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets were determinated by UV. RESULTS: The excipient is not interference. The recovery of release is 99.0%, the recovery of content is 99.9%. CONCLUSION:The method is simple and resultes are reliable. It can be used for the quality control.
