OBJECTIVE:To investigate the quality of injectio Astragali produced in different pharmaceutical factories. MEIHOD: The content of Astragaloside IV was measured by HPLC. RESULTS: The method used here was rapid, sensitive, and accurate. It can be used for the quantitive analysis of injectio Astragali. CONCLUSION: The quality of products made in different factories was different obviously.
