目的 :研究外周干细胞培养液的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法 :通过干扰试验证明外周干细胞培养液对细菌内毒素检查有抑制作用。结果 :使用λ=0 .2 5 EU / ML的鲎试剂将样品稀释 1∶ 2 0以上 ,可消除其对检查的干扰。结论

OBJECTIVE:To investigate bacteria endotoxin test for peripheral blood stem cells culture medium.METHODS:By interfering test shows the inhibitive action of peripheral blood stem cells culture medium in bacteria endotoxin test. RESULTS: When the samples were diluted to 1∶20 with λ=0.25 EU/ml of TAL,the interference was elimipated.CONCLUSION:Endotoxin can be determined in peripheral blood stem cells culture medium by bacteria endotoxin test method.
