中医肝病各证患者血浆血栓素B_2和前列环素I_2水平研究

Studies on Plasma TXB_2 and PGI_2 in Patients With Different Gan-Zheng

为研究中医肝病各证患者血浆中血栓素B2 和前列环素I2 (PGI2 )水平 ,用放射免疫法测定 1 60例中医肝病各证型的血浆血栓素B2 (TXB2 )和 6-酮 -前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的含量与健康人 45名比较 ,发现肝气郁结证、肝阳上亢证、肝阳化风证、肝火上炎证、肝血虚证均呈TXB2 升高 ,除肝火上炎证外 ,其余 4证 6-keto -PGF1α下降 ;5类证型TXB2 6-keto-PGF1α比值均升高 ,提示与植物性神经功能异常 。

The concentrations of plasma TXB 2 and PGF 1α were determined by radioimmunoassay in 30 patients with Ganqiyujie Zheng(GQYJZ),18 with Ganyangshangkang Zheng(GYSKZ),28 with Ganyanghuafeng Zheng(GYHFZ),59 with Ganhuoshangyan zheng(GHSYZ),and 25 with Ganxuexu zheng(GXXZ),compared with 45 healthy controls. It was found that the levels of both plasma TXB 2 and the TXB 2/PGF 1α ratio of all the patients with above five zheng were increased,and the PGF 1α decreased significantly in the patients in the other four zheng groups except the GHSYZ.It is suggested that disorders of PGI 2 and TXB 2 affect the metabolism of cyclic nucleotides.which might be related to release of catecholmine resulting from the dysfunction of the vegetative nerve in Gan zheng.
