摘要
为观察愈痫灵颗粒剂对致痫大鼠行为的影响 ,探讨该方的抗癫痫作用。采用红藻氨酸造模 ,随机将 40只SD大鼠分为模型组、中药汤剂组、中药颗粒剂组、西药组 ,按Schultz-Krohn标准观察行为表现。结果显示愈痫灵汤剂组、颗粒剂组可延长癫痫发作潜伏时间 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,减少湿狗样抖动次数 (P <0 .0 5 )。
objective is to study the influence of YXL on the behavior of experimental epilepsia rats.40 SD rats were distributed randomly to the group of model,the group of decoction,the group of granule,and the group of sodium valproate. KA model was applied to investigate the effects of anti-epilepsia drugs on the seizure severity.We found that the group of decoction and granule can prolong the latency of epileptic seizure(P<0.05),and reduce the times of wet dog's shaking(WDS)(P<0.05).The results suggest that the granule of YXL has the anti-epilepsy effect.
