枣杞合剂拮抗环磷酰胺对小鼠毒副作用的效应观察

Effects of Zaoqi Mixture on Resistance to Side-effects of Cyclophosphamide in Mice

目的 观察枣杞合剂对小鼠是否具有拮抗环磷酰胺毒副作用的效应 ,为临床提供有效的化疗辅助药物。方法 对小鼠行大剂量环磷酰胺 (CY)腹腔注射 ,并用枣杞合剂灌胃预防 ,以观察枣杞合剂对CY毒副作用的影响。结果 注射CY后 ,CY组小鼠外周血中红细胞、白细胞、血小板和血红蛋白计数明显降低 ,碳粒清除率明显下降 ,至实验第 1 8d全部死亡 ;而枣杞合剂能明显延长小鼠的存活时间 ,增加单核 -吞噬细胞系统的碳粒廓清率 ,升高外周血中红细胞、白细胞、血小板和血红蛋白计数 ,与CY组相比 ,P <0 .0 1。

Objective:To evaluate the preventive effects of Zaoqi mixture (ZQM) on resistance to side-effects of cyclophosphamide (CY) in mice. Methods: Mice were at random divided into the control, CY,CY plus leucogen and CY plus ZQM groups. After the injection of leucogen or ZQM ,CY was intraperitoneally injected in high dose and the preventive effects of ZQM on resistance to side-effects of CY were observed. Results: As compared with the single CY and the CY plus leucogen groups, ZQM significantly prolonged the survival time and increased the RBC, WBC and platelet counts in peripheral blood in the CY treated mice. In addition, ZQM also increased clearance of carbon particles from circulating blood of the CY treated mice.Conclusion:ZQM may have the function of antagonizing the side-effects of CY in mice.
