摘要
自行设计自制螺旋CT机滑环碳刷 ,以替代东芝XPRESS/GX螺旋CT机进口碳刷 ,评价其技术可行性及使用性能。方法 :根据碳刷理论及原进口碳刷结构技术分析 ,优选国产同类材质碳刷及附件 ,经机械精密加工而成 ,装机运行并进行临床应用研究。结果 :自制碳刷运转无放电及异常磨损 ,其硬度、摩擦系数及导电性能同原进口碳刷 ,工作稳定 ,性能可靠 ,效果良好。结论 :自制螺旋滑环CT机碳刷。不仅节约外汇 ,降低CT维修经费 ,应用于同类或相关机型用户的碳刷替代及改造 ,保证CT机正常运行 ,具有显著的经济效益与社会效益。
Objective The investigation on the selfdesigned and made helix CT slip ring carbon brush is to see whether it can replace Toshiba Xpress/gx helix CTimport brush,and to assess the technological feasibility and using capability.Method The development of the self-made carbon brush is based on carbon brush exoterica and the technological analysis of the formerly imported carbon brush configuration,with the domestic-made carbon brush and accessories specifically chosen,and is dedicatedly processed and application research has been made.Result The self-designed and made carbon brush being naught discharge and abnormal abrasion,the coefficience of friction and the friction and electric capability is of the same level as the imported carbon brush,with stable capacity,reliable operation,and excellent efficiency.Conclusion The self-designed and made helix CTslip ring carbon brush can replace the imported carbon brush completely,with feasble scientific techniques and practicable and simple processing and weel-balanced operation.the brush can be applied to the substitution of the brushes of the same sort and correspondent types.It can ensure the normal operation of the CT machine.In this way,more investment can be saved,and the maintenance fee can be reduced,so that it has remarkable economic and social benefit.
