摘要 目的 :观察脑缺血再灌流后海马、纹状体、皮层细胞损伤情况。方法 :夹闭wister大鼠双侧颈总动脉制造脑缺血模型 ,应用TUNEL染色。结果 :短暂性脑缺血不同时间脑细胞发生坏死及凋亡 ,海马最明显 ,神经元坏死从第二天后不再增加。结论 :脑缺血可致神经元坏死和凋亡 ,不同神经元耐受缺氧能力差异很大。 Objective The present study aims to observe the damage of hippocampus, striatum and cortical neurons after transient forebrain ischemia in the rat.Methods The ischemic model with clamp bilateral carotid artery was made. Neuronal damage was studied by a seguential TUNEL technique.Results Necrosis and apoptosis could be found in rat at different intervals following transient forebrain ischemia. The morphological changes of hippocampus neurons showed worse than others. The number of necrosis of neurons were not increased at 2 days after ischemia.Conclusion Transient forebrain ischemia can give rise to the nerosis and apoptosis of the brain. The sensitity to ischemia reperfusion damage in different cerebral region showed most unlike.
