摘要
目的 :对参芍颗粒抗小白鼠心肌缺血的作用进行研究。方法 :建立小白鼠参芍颗粒大、中、小药物剂量组、阳性药物对照组、空白对照组并由盐酸异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血的动物模型 ,观察对小白鼠心肌缺血的影响。结果 :参芍颗粒能明显纠正心肌缺血后的心电图异常并能延长心肌缺血后的耐缺氧时间 ,和空白对照组对比P <0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 :参芍颗粒能明显对抗小白鼠心肌缺血。
Objective To study the effects on myocardial ischemia of mice by the granula of ginseng and pacony root. Methods Mice groups with big medium and little doses of the granula of ginseng and pacony root were set up-positive contrast group, blank contrast group and animal models of myocardial ischemia of mice caused by isoprenaline, and the influence on myocardial ischemia by the granula of ginseng and pacony root were observed.Results The granula of ginseng and pacony root obviously improved ECG abnormality of post_myocardial ischemia and prolong the time of tolerance to oxygen deficiency after myocardial ischemia. It differend greatly form the blank contrast group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The granula of ginseng and pacony root can obviously resist myocardial ischemia of mice.
