摘要
目的 :比较帕罗西汀与阿密替林治疗抑郁症的疗效及副作用。方法 :对 43例抑郁症患者随机分组分别给予帕罗西汀及阿密替林进行为期 4周的治疗 ,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、副反应量表 (TESS)对两组进行治疗前后的评分。结果 :帕罗西汀组与阿密替林组疗效相当 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两组间显效率 (痊愈 +显著进步 )比较差异无显著性 (x2 =0 0 0 3,P >0 0 5 )。两组治疗后HAMD评分均较治疗前有非常显著性降低 (P <0 0 1) ,两组间比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。帕罗西汀组副作用无论从频度还是严重程度方面都明显低于阿密替林组。结论 :帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效与阿密替林相当 ,但前者副作用更小。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and the side effects of paroxetine and Amitriptyline in the treatment of depression.Methods 43 patients with depression were randomly assigned to paroxetine group (n=21) and amitriptyline group (n=22) which were treated day Paroxetine and Amitriptyline respectively for four weeks. Effects and side reactions were eveluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS) before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic efficacy in paroxetine group was similar to that in amitriptyline ( P >0.05). After treatment, the scores of HAMD decreased greatly ( P <0.01) and no difference appeared in two groups. However the side effects of paroxetine were lighter than that of amitriptyline.Conclusion The results indicate that both paroxetine and amitriptyline are effective on the depression, but paroxetine shows lighter side effects.
