大剂量化疗和自体外周血干细胞移植治疗复发、难治的霍奇金病
摘要
目的 研究环磷酰胺 ,卡氮芥 ,足叶乙甙 ,米托蒽醌 (CBV_N)预处理和自体外周血干细胞移植 (APSCT)治疗复发、难治的霍奇金病 (HD)的效果。方法 CBV_N预处理和自体外周血干细胞移植治疗复发、难治的霍奇金病。结果 整个预处理及自体外周血干细胞移植过程顺利 ,达到预期效果 ,且患者耐受性良好 ,未见明显不良反应。结论 CBV_N预处理和自体外周血干细胞移植治疗复发、难治的霍奇金病有较高的缓解率及长期生存率 。
