烫伤大鼠血浆白细胞介素1β水平的变化及调节 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察不同程度烫伤大鼠血浆白细胞介素 1β(IL 1β)水平的变化及可能的调节措施。 方法 采用ELISA法检测正常对照组、轻度烫伤组和重度烫伤组大鼠血浆IL 1β的水平。用体内注射TNF α、IL 1β中和抗体和α 促黑色素细胞刺激激素(α melanocyte stimulatinghormone ,α MSH)和合成肽KPV(Ac D Lys L Pro D Val)等措施调节其改变。结果 与正常对照组 ( 6 .36±5 .2 6pg/ml)相比 ,烫伤后 12h ,轻烫组的血浆IL 1β水平 ( 130 .13± 2 6 .0 1pg/ml)显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;与轻烫组相比 ,重烫组 ( 2 14 .0 8± 2 7.2 5pg/ml)升高更加明显 (P <0 .0 1)。体内注射TNF α、IL 1β中和抗体和α MSH及KPV均能明显降低重烫组动物血浆IL 1β水平。结论 不同程度的烫伤均可使大鼠血浆IL 1β水平显著升高 ,重度烫伤时 ,升高更加明显 ;体内注射TNF α、IL 1β中和抗体、α MSH及KPV均可在一定程度上减轻重度烫伤所致的病理性高细胞因子血症。 Objective To observe the changes in plasma IL 1β levels in scalded rats and its regulations. Methods Plasma IL 1β levels were determined in normal, low grade and severe scalded rats by ELISA technique and plasma IL 1β concentration was regulated by injections of anti rat TNFα?IL 1β antibody ,α melanocyte stimulating hormone (α MSH) and KPV peptide (Ac D Lys L Pro D Val) in vivo . Results IL 1β levels in rats 12 h after low grade scald group (130.13 ±26.01 pg/ml) was higher than that in control group (6.36±5.26 g/ml) ( P <0.01); and it was significantly increased in severe scald group (214.08±27.25 pg/ml) as compared with the low grade scald group ( P <0.01). Injections of anti rat TNFα?IL 1β antibody? α MSH and KPV attenuated the increase of IL 1β level in rats with severe scald .Conclusions Plasma IL 1β levels were significantly increased in low grade scald group, as well as in severe scald group. Injections of anti rat TNF α?IL 1β antibody, α MSH and KPV might attenuate its increase in rats with severe scald.
