结直肠癌血液CK20 mRNA检测对血液微转移诊断的意义

Value of CK20 mRNA in the diagnosis of micro-metastasis to blood in patients with coloretal carcinoma

目的 研究结直肠癌患者血液中CK2 0mRNA对血液微转移的价值。方法 采用RT PCR技术对 5 0例结直肠癌患者的血液进行检测。结果 CK2 0mRNA阳性率 6 8% ( 34/5 0 ) ,阳性率与肿瘤Ducks分期之间相差显著 ,而与肿瘤病理类型相差不显著。10例结直肠良性病变均为阴性。结论 结直肠癌患者手术前、后检测血液中的CK2 0mRNA对于预测预后和指导治疗有重要的参考价值。

s: Objective To study the value of CK20 mRNA detection in the diagnosis of micro metastasis to the blood in the patients of coloretal carcinoma. Methods CK20 mRNA was detected in the blood samples from 50 patients with coloretal carcinoma with RT PCR. Results Positive rate of CK20 mRNA was 68%(34/50) and the difference of it with the Ducks stage was significant, but no difference was found with the pathological types. In 10 cases of benign lesion the CK20 mRNA was negative. Conclusion Detection of CK20 mRNA before and after operation is valuable in guiding the treatment and prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
