摘要 目的 研究子宫内膜异位症 (EM )患者异位子宫内膜VEGF的表达及其在EM发病机制中的作用。方法 应用ELISA法检测有或无EM的妇女腹腔液中的血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)水平、采用免疫组织化学S P法分别测定VEGF及其受体KDR在EM患者异位与在位内膜及对照组子宫内膜组织中的表达 ,并以抗第八因子相关抗原 (F8 RA)抗体标记间质微血管并进行微血管计数(MVD)。结果 EM患者腹腔液中VEGF水平明显高于对照组 ;VEGF与其受体在内膜腺上皮细胞及部分血管内皮细胞上存在共同表达。结论 VEGF参与了EM的发病机制 。 Objectives To study the expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium (EM) of patients with endometriosis, and its role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods VEGF concentrations in peritoneal fluid of women with EM and without were measured with ELISA. Immunochemical method was used to determine the expression of VEGF and its receptor KDR in ectopic and eutopic endometrium from patients with EM and the endometrium of controls. Microvessel density (MVD) was evaluated by using anti factor Ⅷ related antigen (F8-RA) antibody to mark stromal microvessels. Results VEGF concentrations in peritoneal fluid of women with EM were significantly higher than those without. There existed the co expression of VEGF and its receptor KDR in the glandular epithelium and a portion of vascular endothelial cells. Conclusion VEGF is involved in the pathogenesis of EM in autocrine or paracrine to improve angiogenesis.
