IFN-α对慢性乙肝患者血清TNF、IL-6和IL-4水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨α -干扰素 (IFN -α)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的细胞免疫机制。方法 收集我院慢性乙型肝炎患者 3 0例 ,分别在IFN -α治疗前 ,治疗后 1个月、 3个月、 6个月和 9个月留取血标本 ,用放免法 (RIA)检测血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、白细胞介素 - 6(IL - 6)水平 ,同时采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清白细胞介素 - 4 (IL - 4 )水平 ,并与 3 0例正常献血员的各值分别进行对照。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,慢性乙型肝炎患者血清TNF、IL - 6水平升高 (P <0 0 1) ,IL - 4水平降低 (P <0 0 1) ;经IFN -α治疗后 ,血清TNF水平较治疗前有所下降 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而血清IL - 4水平明显升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 IFN -α通过诱导体内细胞因子变化 。 Objective To discuss the cellular immune mechanism of IFN-α with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 30 patients with chronic hepatitis B accepted IFN-α,their sera were gathered to detect level of TNF,IL-6 by RIA method,which of IL-4 with ELISA on pro-and the first month,the third month,the sixth month,the ninth month after IFN-α treatment.30 healthy donors served as normal control.Results The level of TNF,IL-6 increased(P<0 05)and that of IL-4 decreased(P<0 01)in sera of chronic hepatitis B.After IFN-α treatment,the level of TNF decreased and that of IL-4 increased significantly.Conclusion IFN-αtreatment may influence levels of TNF,IL-6 and IL-4 in sera of chronic hepatitis B and take part in immune function regulation.
