摘要
游离甲醛含量的测定方法很多 ,通过对比现有不同产品体系中游离甲醛的测定方法 ,提出了氧化淀粉胶液中游离甲醛的测定方法 。
There are many methods of determinating free formadehyde content.In this paper,determinating free formaldehyde content in the glue of oxided starch is provided by comparing the methods of different products.This will give the theoretical foundation for determinating free formaldehyde content in starch's material and liquid products.
