Fixable conditions of trypsin using MR-MVA and the effect of preserrative temperature,preserrative time,stability of pH about fixable trypsin and trypsin.The results demonstrate that fixable trypsin has more effect on the temperature of 60 ℃～70 ℃ and has longer preserrative time and has better stability of pH.
