摘要
高技术产业的激励机制以按劳计酬和按绩取酬相结合为基础,对主要管理人员和技术骨干辅之以股权激励机制。股权激励机制包括股票期权、股权和分红权。本文从企业组织理论的角度出发,论述了股权激励机制本质、特点和对促进高技术产业发展的作用,提出了我国实施股权激励机制的若干建议。
The incentive mechanism of high-tech industries should be based on the combination of calculating rewards according to labor and obtaining rewards according to performance,supplemented with incentive mechanism of share ownership to major managers and technical backbone.The incentive mechanism of share ownership includes stock option,share ownership,stock appreciation right. Based on the theory of enterprise organization,this paper studies the essence, features of the incentive mechanism of share ownership and its role in promoting the development of high-tech industries,and puts forward several suggestions about implementing this mechanism in China.
