This paper deduces in details the mathematical model of adjustment of GPS base-line vector network, and by it, a adjustment program is designed, eventually a calculation example is given based on the observed date of a reservoir deformation monitoring net. Given a little remolding, the program based on VC++6.0 might be applied in GPS net condition adjustment.
