中枢神经细胞瘤17例临床分析

目的 结合文献探讨并总结中枢神经细胞瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 10月我院收治的 17例神经细胞瘤 ,并复习文献。结果 17例肿瘤 14例全切除 ,3例近全切除 ,死亡 1例。术后均行放射治疗。 11例获随访 ,无一例复发。结论 中枢神经细胞瘤手术结合放疗为最佳治疗方法 ,预后良好。

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of central neurocytoma.Methods A total of 17 cases of central neurocytoma from Januany 1997 to Octorber 2000 were included in our study. Also the literatures were reviewed.Results Among the 17 cases,total removal was achieved in 14 cases and subtotal in 3 cases.Only one case died after surgery.Conclusions The best treatment of central neurocytoma is surgical resection combined with postoperation radiotherapy.In our cases,the outcome of the treamtent is quite good.
