两种剂型依托咪酯在全麻诱导期不良反应的对比观察

Clinical comparison of cardiovascular effects and adverse reactions of two types of etomidate during induction of general anaesthesia in thoracic surgery

目的 比较水剂依托咪酯和乳剂依托咪酯在全麻诱导期中的差异。方法 40例胸科手术的病人 ,分别用两种剂型的依托咪酯 0 .5 mg/kg剂量全麻诱导 ,观察心血管变化和不良反应。结果 发现两种剂型药物间无显著性差异。给药后血压下降明显 ,但都在正常范围 ,插管后 3 min血压、心率全部恢复至诱导前水平。结论 乳剂依托咪酯比水剂不良反应少。术前应用镇静镇痛药物可减少不良反应发生率。

Objective To compare changes of cardiovascular parameters and adverse reactions of two types of etomidate.Methods Forty thoracic surgery patients were included with a dose of etomidate 0.5mg/kg for general anesthesia induction they were given the same dose of two types of etomidate.Results There was no significant different in 2 types of etomidete.Blood pressure decreases obviously after etomidate infection but within normal range.Three minutes after intubation,blood presasare and heart rate return to the level of pre induction.Conclusions There are less adverse rections in etomidate PG than in etomidate LE.The frequancy of aduerse reaction could be decreased by sedatives and anodyne use in the pre operation period.
