急性颅脑外伤CT环池动态改变的临床意义(附74例分析)

目的 提高急性颅脑外伤 CT环池动态改变对临床预后影响的认识。方法 对 CT有环池改变的 74例患者进行分析 ,研究环池改变与预后的关系。结果 CT环池明显狭窄、闭塞、蛛网膜下腔出血及动态改变恶化者死亡率为 5 5 .6% ,较改变好转者死亡率 5 .3 %明显增高 ,两者有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 急性颅脑外伤后

Objective To improve the recognition of the influence of ambiens cisterna's dynamic change on CT on clinical prognosis of acute craniocerebral injury patients.Methods 74 cases had changes in ambiens cisterna proved by CT scan,we analysed the changes and studied its correlation with prognosis.Results When ambiens cisterna on CT is obviously narrowed,emphraxis,SAH or deteriorating,the mortality rate was 55.6%;when above changes got ameliorated,the mortating rate was 5.3%.There are significant difference between them( P < 0.001). Conclusions It is very important for clinical doctors to understand the dynamic changes of ambiens cisterna,which has a value in prediding the prognosis.
