气体渗硼工件表面形貌的研究

摘要 本文利用扫描电子显微镜观察了经不同气体渗硼工艺处理的工件表面,研究了渗硼工艺对工件表面形貌的影响规律.结果表明:渗硼工件的表面形貌和工艺参数的选用有关.如果工艺参数选择合适,工件将由规则,细小,均匀的硼化物颗粒构成较光滑的表面.否则,工件表面将产生一种针状的硼化物颗粒.本文重点研究了这种针状硼化物的形成机理及其影响因素.此外,工件的表面形貌还和渗硼层质量有关.表面较光滑的工件往往具有较致密的渗硼层,而粗糙的表面,尤其是表面产生针状硼化物的工件则对应具有较重腐蚀孔洞的渗硼层.因此,研究表面形貌对选择渗硼工艺,预测渗硼层质量有一定的指导意义. By using scanning electronmicroscope,the surface of specimen boronized in different processes is examined and the influence of boronizing processes on the surface is also concerned with in this paper.Results show that the surface mophology of specimen boronized is related to the boronizing process parometers selected.If the process parameters selected are reasonable,a smoother surface of specimtn will form with regular,small and homogeneous well-distributed boron grains on it.Otherwise,a kind of needle-shaped boride will appear on the surface of specimen.The paper emphatically studys the forming mechanism of this needle-shaped boride and it's affective factors.Moreover,the quality of the boronized layer is related to the surface mophology.A speciman with a smoother surface usually possesses a denser layer; conversely,a specimen with a coarser surface,especially with the needle-shaped boribe is often accompanied with more serious corrosion voids in the layer.Therefor,a stuby of the surface mophology is significant in selecting of boronizing processes and prejudging the quality of the boronized layer.
